Each piece is made by hand and most are made to order. If we have your item in stock, it will ship within 48 hours. If we need to make it, it may take as little as 2-3 weeks, sometimes sooner. Call or email us with an estimated ship date and we'll do our best to get it to you in time.
We take great care in packing your glasswork and it is important to us that it gets to you safely and in a timely manner.
All domestic orders are insured and shipped UPS Ground Service unless requested otherwise. Please contact us for a quote on expedited shipping.
Due to the material costs and care that we take when shipping your work, we charge a flat rate of 12% of the value of the purchase for shipping and handling.
We will email you a shipping confirmation number once the piece has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Each piece is blown and tooled by hand and although each one is a beautifully refined piece of glasswork, made with great skill and attention to detail, each piece retains its hand-made quality. One can occasionally see the smallest tool mark, bubble, or mark from the maker. These are inherent in any hand-made piece and are what make each work of art unique.
With that said, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please return it in its original condition and packaging within 10 days for an exchange or refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. The buyer must contact Tsuga Studios no later than 10 days from package arrival with questions concerning breakage, defects or returns. In case of damage, please keep all packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
